At this meeting, we will present the financial statements and annual reports, elect certain positions on the Board of Directors, approve revisions to the Constitution/By-Laws, and address any other business.
Although our AGM is open to ALL citizens, only a paid-up members in good standing will be counted for the quorum and have voting rights during the meeting.
