Inioluwa Amao, a Research Assistant with the Remedial Voice and Change in Organizations Lab, approached WIBCA with this research opportunity. The target population is Black women, 19 years and older, who are working and residing in Canada.

Offered by the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de l’Ouest-de-l’Île, the Broaden Your Horizons program targets people between the ages 16 and 30 who lack work experience and/or need assistance in employment.
