Summer Camp

WIBCA will not be hosting a camp for the summer of 2022. However, WIBCA recommends the following Black-run camps in the West Island:

Black Family Association Summer Camp (BFAWI)

The information is available on their Facebook page Bfawi Summer Camp or by adding yourself to the Facebook group Black Family Association Summer Camp.

La Corde Day Camp

This camp located in the Cloverdale region of Pierrefonds is for children aged 5 to 12 years old. They offer a wide variety of activities and field trips. You can find additional information here.

Coding Camp for Kids

Kidcoders is located in Pointe-Claire and is for children aged 9 to 16 years old. This future-oriented camp teaches a variety of programming skills. You can find additional information here.

Youth Stars Summer Camp

This camp will be taking place at École du Grand-Chêne in Pierrefonds and is for children aged 5 to 12 years old. This multidisciplinary camp offers various activities for the youth. You can find additional information here.

Concordia University STEAMpunks

Concordia University is offering scholarships to WIBCA Robotics & SMT students to attend the Concordia STEM Summer Camp! We encourage our youth aged 15 to 19 to attend! To join Robotics Club, kindly email education@wibca.org. You can find additional information here.

Trail’s End Camp

Collective Community Services (CCS) is offering 2 camps for Summer 2022: a sleepaway camp on Lake L’ Achigan and a day camp at Park Duquette in Verdun. You can find additional information here.
