WIBCA’s Big Announcement for the opening of 2019 Black History Month.
The West Island Black Community Association (WIBCA) set out a goal many years ago to place this much anticipated milestone into existence and we are very excited to announce this achievement publicly to WIBCA members, Friends, Partners, Affiliates and the Community at large.
Please join us in celebrating this huge achievement on Thursday, February 7th at our facility from 6-8pm.
