Members, Partners, Affiliates and Friends, please join WIBCA as we gather for our General Meeting on Sunday, March 24th from 3-5pm at our facility in Roxboro.

Attending would allow you a first hand overview of our various accomplishments since the last General Meeting in November 2018 as well as our goals set forth for 2019.

Our General Meeting is open to all, come out and meet our dedicated volunteers and/or active members!!!
